''What A Difference There Will Be In Twinkling Of An Eye''

Written By Daryl Stout

1) A flash of time one day occurs, happening so fast.
Going from preceding it, to event now past.
When the Rapture trumpet blast, splits the Heavenly sky.
What a difference there will be in twinkling of an eye.

2) Faster than a neuro-synapse, firing in the brain.
Or light to reach the retina, too fast to explain.
No warning to procced it there, Christ's Shout, and His Cry.
What a difference there will be in twinkling of an eye.

3) The trumpet of the Lord will sound, with shout of command.
Resurrection of the saved, in each and every land.
Whether alive at the event, or long ago, they died.
What a difference there will be in twinkling of an eye.

4) The dead in Christ, they shall rise first, from their entombed place.
The saved alive, who did repent, accepting of God's Grace.
All rise in an instant there, to meet Christ in the sky.
What a difference there will be in twinkling of an eye.

5) Our fleshly bodies, corrupt; sinful, instantly are changed,
To immortal, perfect bodies, that Christ did arrange.
Never more to suffer pain, or hurt, or there, to die.
What a difference there will be in twinkling of an eye.

6) The Holy Spirit, in The Church, since Day Of Pentecost,
No more restrains the evil, of the unrepentant, lost.
Too late for all those left behind, to heed the Rapture Cry.
What a difference there will be in twinkling of an eye.

7) Greeted by The Lord of Hosts, who greets His Church, His bride.
Nothing can describe the joy, the saved now feel inside.
To the Bema, then The Wedding, endless joy, supply.
What a difference there will be in twinkling of an eye.

8) While at the Bema Judgment Seat, rewards gained and lost.
Salvation full and free remains, obtained at The Cross.
Humbled there before The Lord, tears wiped, as we cry.
What a difference there will be in twinkling of an eye.

9) The Marriage there of Christ, The Grooom, to His Bride, The Church.
He promised that He'd never leave the saints there in the lurch.
The Marriage Supper Of The Lamb, Praise To The Lord, On High.
What a difference there will be in twinkling of an eye.

10) Shorter by the second, friend, coming without warning.
Death or Rapture, night or day, evening, or at morning.
Dying without Christ as Lord, there is no second try.
What a difference there will be in twinkling of an eye.
